Both vegans and meat eaters will enjoy Aroma Meze! Every time I get to visit this tiny eatery in a townhouse near downtown Ottawa, it is a momentous occasion. As soon as you enter, the atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant. You may savor a range of classic Greek cuisine prepared in interesting ways at affordable pricing.

Even when I opted to try beef, which I don’t often eat, I’ve genuinely never had a poor meal here. For large parties or supper with friends, where you may spend hours sharing tiny appetizers and fine wine, this is the ideal location.

Chesterfield is named after the Canadian slang for couch – they even have two outside in the summer where you can eat! It’s so easy to enjoy the great atmosphere of this cosy restaurant.
They have different events and specials every weekend – like one with hashbrowns under eggs benedict with a slightly spicy sauce, which they called „bird’s nest“. It’s a place for hearty meals, so prepare to be stuffed afterwards.

 

This classic diner serves up a variety of dishes, like pulled pork and classic nachos, alongside a variety of club sandwiches that will make your mouth water! You can come as you are and enjoy a great meal without having to spend a lot of money.

Sidedoor has an unassuming entrance, but when you get inside, you’ll be blown away by the gorgeous interior. The high ceilings and glass wall make it incredibly open and inviting. But the large plants make it feel homey and cozy at the same time. If you love the unique taste of Asian and Mexican fusion food, this restaurant is for you.

A UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Rideau Canal is a picturesque waterway that transforms into the world’s largest skating rink during winter. In the summer, visitors can enjoy boat rides, walks along the canal, and scenic views.
