Low-Calorie Detox Smoothies

Tropical Green Dream (250 kcal)

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
    • 1/2 cup baby spinach

    • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
    • 1/2 inch fresh ginger
